Circular food hub. Sociography collabortes with the European project CEFoodCycle

Sociography supports the Lamoro Agency, based in the Piedmont Region, in the implementation of the European project Alpine Space 2021-2027 "CEFoodCycle - Circular economy: mapping of food flows and identification of the potential to close food cycles". The project arises from the need to limit waste in the agri-food sector and, by applying the concept of circular economy, aims to support the relationship between economic subjects so that the available resources can be maximized. The project develops a platform based on Artificial Intelligence to connect the economic operators involved and assist them in the collaboration process.

The role of Sociography is to:

• support the development of the territorial action plan which includes innovation labs and pilot actions

• define the methodological aspects and the business plan

• contribute to the identification of stakeholders

• organize project events (innovation actions) and play the role of facilitator to allow the companies and organizations involved to relate and collaborate effectively
